Jennifer McGhen was named assistant athletics director for sales and marketing in 2019. She was previously ticketing manager since 2005. She oversees all operations related to marketing and promotions as well as the ticket function for the department, including serving as liaison with online service vendors, and manages season ticket, and individual game-day box office functions.

McGhen graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2004 with her bachelor of arts degree in communications with an emphasis in advertising. Her minor was in criminal justice. She spent nearly two years working in the Anaheim Ducks ticket office before working in the private sector, with Oakley, for two years before returning to her alma mater to head up the ticket office.
